If you require representation or are being treated unfairly, give us a call. No matter what your concern, we will be more than happy to provide you with an independent view on your situation.

Once we have the full picture we will advise you on your options. This might include supporting you to work through the problem yourself, negotiating an exit package, raising a personal grievance, going to mediation or the Employment Authority. 

We will support you to weigh up the risks and benefits to ensure that we reach the best outcome possible. Once we have agreed to a plan, you will need to sign an agreement to provide us with the authority to represent you.
